I am tearing my hair out and need somone to calm me down.
We Moved into our new House back in Nov and had Talk Talk there and took it with us to our new house so got a date of Jan 10th to get broadband live date but then that moved to Jan 20th(Today) so i just called TT to double check it was going on Today only to be told its Now Feb 16th
But they seem to not give a dam about it but why does it take TT so long to get people online?
I am not happy and im starting to think maybe i should have not gone with Talk Talk.
It so cant take 3 Months to get me online can it? we have the phone working with TT.
Can I claim some form of Compensation from them for the Delay? cause if i want with say BT i could have been online within 2 weeks!!!
Help please
