Nicotine patches on e-bay

Does anyone know why I cant get Nicorette patches on e-bay. I can buy lots of other brands. Even if they get listed they appear to be removed, and i get e-mail from e-bay saying item has been removed and my bid cancelled. I did ask them why but referred me to their rules page which doesnt tell me specifically why nicorette patches are banned.

no sorry if you look there are loads of things to help give up smoking. Every patch, gum etc except Nicorette.0

Perhaps the manufacturers of Nicorette don't want their products being sold on eBay.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Are companies allowed to stop their products being sold on e-bay after all if I have bought something surely I can sell it anyway I want. I dont know just seems so strange to me.0

There are many brands and/or products that are prohibited from being sold on eBay and as a result listings can be removed. Many brand owners register and become a participant in the VERO programme to protect their brand and products.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

They have some odd rules. Nicorette can't be sold on ebay... but Nicotinell is apparently acceptable. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
