No Free Texts! Why!?
Good Evening Everyone!
I have been using O2 for a while and every time I top up £15 or more on 'Relax Pay As You Go', I get 500 free texts to use, anywhere and anytime. My last transaction though, I didn't receive these texts and I have been getting charged. Can some one help?
Further more, I can't find O2 contact number, I want to speak to an advisor, but the contact numbers I'm calling have machines speaking!
