    Plusnet are good.

They have a good rep, a good connection and is also fair value for money compared to other non-llu packages. Also, they offer free evening & weekend call plan too with the broadband. And the line rental is a bit cheaper than BT, but it's optional to move it as long as it's with BT at the moment.

Madasafish are also good - but they are pretty expensive.

Zen and Eclipse also have very good customer service records, but again on the more expensive side.

Have you tried comparing the broadband and phone packages? There is a big list of them here with an availability checker too http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/compare/broadband-phone.asp
