I cannot change my e-mail address

This is driving me nuts so if anyone can shed any light on this I would be very greatful.
I tried to change my registered e-mail address for the forum, when I enter my new e-mail address using my own domain name the e-mail to activate it never arrives, I then have had to log back in and re-register my old e-mail address to post.
I have sent numerous e-mails to my domain address and all have arrived without problem, I have currently no filters on the account so there should be nothing blocking it, I am just wondering if the domain has been boycotted for some reason by the MSE registration system, the fault can only lie here as it is only the system e-mail that is not arriving.
I hope what I am saying is making some sense.
I'm not sure why it says next to my post 'moved', as I only posted it in the Techie section.
