Can I "Unthank" a post?

I keep hitting thanks instead of quote I have "thanked" some rather obnoxious posts by accident, is there anyway to "unthank" when this is done by accident?

I wish there was! I thanked a horrible classist post the other day, and I'm still annoyed about it.

I get sore fingers and constantly fidget, so I'm always clicking by accident!

Yes if you press the "Back" arrow on the top left hand of your screen twice then turn your computer off immediately it will remove the thanks.

I often wish the thanks button could be placed away from the quote button. Say at the top of the post. That way there would be no mistakes.

I would love the thanks button to be replaced by a thumbs up and down button (that each user can only click once), minimizing the chance of it being abused or "mis thanked", and allowing for posts to be rated on a scale of usefulness, as well as having such ratings kept anonymous by other members, saving the posters from either gloating or misinterpreting useful or abusive posts.
