Hi all
I have just received my order and must say i am not a hapy bunny :0(
I ordered 39 items of clothing, signed for the items took them in the front room took them out of the bag, one of the items still has the whole security tag on, one item is missing
que my daughter being sick, she has terrible croup at the moment keeps coughing and being sick so get up to go and see to her when OUCH something painful in my foot, look down to see the pin part of a security tag in my foot.
pulled it out got to my daughter she's fine other than a little freaked out by being sick, she really dose not like being sick but then who dose lol.
so i sorted her out then got straight on the phone to company and explained the whole thing security tag still on one item, missing item and security tag in foot, she was very appologetic took all my details and said she is passing the matter onto a dfferent department and i should get a call back.
not a good impression from my first order from the company but on the upside the clothes are lovely :0)

Why would mail order even have a security tag on it?0

My mate brought an item of TJ hughes on-line and it still had the tag on i guess they automatically put them on before they go out.0

Well i had a phone call back and the lady said exactly the same as SarahMoon
she could not understand why any of the items has security tags on them, she has asked me to email her some pics and has passed it on to health and saftey.0 -

obveiously i would refuse as i would want more for the time/money and long lasting emotional damage this is going to cause me. I mean i am never going to be able to go into a shop again now for fear of this happening again, prehaps i should ask them to pay for counciling for me :0)0 -

Someone's having an off day. Try not to take it out on others, it's not their fault.0 -
