Hotel day help

Hi there im probably on the wrong item but I dont know how to do this, can anyone give me any info please, I booked one of those cheap hotels in November for two days in Yorkshire for a pound a room I gave them my debit card details, now we are not in a position to go will they charge us if we dont turn up? any info gratefully recieved, many thanks.

    I think the best thing to do is to phone the hotel directly and ask. I assume your concern is that if you don't turn up that they will charge you the normal nightly rate rather than the 2 quid you paid?

  • Do you still have your confirmation email? It might be worth checking this to see if there is a non arrival/early departure fee. I have booked a couple recently where you are charged £50 if you don't turn up
