Orange Unlock Problems - any suggestions
In November my 18 month contract with Orange on my Nokia N95 8GB ended, at this point I requested to have it unlocked of which they said they could do but it would cost £20. I agreed to this and paid the amount and was told that the unlock code would be sent through within 15 working days. About 2 weeks after this date my number was ported over to T-Mobile before this took place I contacted Orange to check that this wouldnt invalidate my request, they would still be able to process it and would send it through accordingly. After 25 working days it still had not come through so I called them again and they said that they would put another request in, I am now 14 working days into this request and it still hasnt come through.
I am just wondering if any one might know why it would take so long and if there are anyways of me getting them to do it quicker, because ideally I need my old handset unlocked before the weekend and am really getting annoyed with this now. :mad:
