Ryanair and booking adjustments

Apologies if this has been asked before, but surprisingly Ryanair appears a lot when you do a search!
We have booked and paid for flights and luggage on line with Ryanair. I would like to add a car seat to my booking which is quoted on their website as £10 if booked online. My question is, if I add the car seat to my booking and pay for the £10 charge with my debit card will I be charged a card handling fee again?
cheers

In my experience there is no card handling fee for adding extras to a booking, regardless of the type of card you use. If you paid for the flights using a "no-fee" card you can still add the extras using a normal credit card.
In any case, the total amount to be charged to your card will be displayed before you confirm the purchase, so you can check for yourself.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Thanks for the reply. I do have another query as I've never flown Ryanair before and to be honest I'm not looking forward to the prospect. We will be doing Online check in. Should we be adding baggage tags to our things or will they be supplied at the airport (Bristol in our case)?
Thanks0 -

It's always a good idea to put name tags on your luggage before you travel, giving at least a phone number or address. I flew Ryanair from Bristol yesterday and it was a good experience. My plane was only half full; it's a luxury to have two seats to yourself. And the flight was on time. Many people bring their own food because prices onboard are not great. I splashed out and paid £3 for a cup of tea. I felt I owed Mr O'Leary something as he was flying me across Europe for a tenner.0 -

Don't listen to the hype - 99% of Ryanair passengers have a great experience. Many complaints on this forum are actually from people bitter and jealous that Ryanair is dictating to them rather than the other way round ("consumer revenge").From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.0 -

I agree, I can understand Zola's concerns but in experience Ryanair have been great. IF you can read and understand simple instructions then their website is clear and easy to navigate and clearly shows what you will have to pay for your chosen options. Which the majority of complaints are about.0 -
Thanks for your replies and assurances. It was particularly welcome to hear about experiences flying from Bristol, most of the 'bad' things I've read recently refer to Stanstead and I'm not sure how relevant they are.
I accept Ryanair's pricing structure and never expect to pay the price as advertised, just follow the process to the end to get a final price. We are saving £130 per passenger by flying with them including all the extras, but I have to admit to being concerned about the 'Baggage drop scrum' that I have seen mentioned. Unfortunately being a family going on holiday, just taking hand luggage isn't an option for us. I guess we just need to be at the airport in plenty of time and keep our fingers crossed! Our flight is at 06:55 so I guess I should aim to get there for 04:30/04:45??
Cheers all0
