Advice needed, not received SAR from Natwest, 40 days is up

Hi there, would be very grateful for any advice regarding this. Did receive a letter of acknowledgement from Natwest ( did include a cheque for £10) but the 40 day period has now expired and no SAR has arrived.

Please advise on next steps.

    Hi there

    Did you check your bank account to see if they have debited the £10?
    If so then chase them up, make them aware the payment have been taken out of your account, and you've not received your SAR on the 40 day deadline, maybe they also have an explanation but if not and they have taken the payment, you can contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for advice here:
