Yay Sally! How hard's the flapjack recipe, I'm longing for something yummy.

Very easy
4 oz Butter
2 rounded tablespoons of Golden Syrup
2 oz Dark brown sugar (or whatever you can find in my case)
saltanas, raisins or cranberrys to the quantity you like (about 2 handfuls)

Put in saucepan and melt, once dissolved add in 8oz ish of oats
Grease tray and stick in 180 oven for around 15 mins

Aww that sounds yummlicious! I am going to get oats and stuff for them tomorrow, I feel abaking day coming on (Pint adores my cakes, he always eats the lot, so if I make flapjacks, I have something too)

Nice one on the neutral presents claire (neutral = didn't cost you anything)
I am currently swapping between here and knitting. Got to get my back to 45cms (bit longer but I like longer sweaters)

my back is killing me...and now Ive eaten flapjack not sure I can go to weigh in at sw...its going to be bad even though since I went last (2 weeks ago) I have run over 40 miles and walked over 15 miles....just need to stop eating so much me thinks!

oohh and went to the bank today and lloyds updated my card to a higher interest rate so i put the money that was in my tin in the bank and some in my current account to pay some of card and catalogue

claire its starting to look good (I'll take pics of my creativeness later and pop them on FB) and the wool is knitting up well and is really soft. Can I ask if you're allergic to pure wool as the wool I'm using is 51% wool.

Flapjacks are really easy to make, just follow Sallyx's recipe and you can't go wrong.

My boys at the Park Royal Depot love me flapjacks! make of that what you will. I think it's the sugar rush they enjoy more than anything!
