Claire, this is quite soft, considerably more so than mohair, it's more of an aran knit.
OK, Flog It, £1500 for two little Moorcroft vases and one that's damaged? They only got that much cos it's a pair.

I got fed of pigsback not giving me any clicks anymore so have taken the vouchers out now...its taken me a year to get to 3000 points, long gone are the day when you used to easily get 4 or 5 £10 vouchers a year. So £20 of waterstone vouchers coming my way...that will be useful to buy a load of books for childrens birthday presents :)

I will! MSE people have had to intervene, and the person complained about has thanked them, strangely.

Ooh that is a good response from MSE on that thread Ames. Glad my daughter and I reporting it as abuse got somewhere!

Anyone here use facebook? I have had a friend request from a total stranger - a turkish bloke..why would that be?

I have had a few of those recently, and I have just ignored them. Don't know how they get hold of people's names though!

Yeah, thanks so much for that Tenmah.

I went into Boots today too, I went to get weighed and because it's world diabetes day they were letting you use the machine for free, I've lost 4lbs in the last couple of weeks. I had to answer a questionaire though and I've got several risk factors for it, but I knew that already, it's why I get tested regularly. I also picked up my online sale order that I placed at xmas which had nearly everything cancelled, and bought two photo albums for a fiver, so when I get time I can start sorting the 600 pictures I've got.

I never get strange facebook requests. I feel left out now!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Very easy
    4 oz Butter
2 rounded tablespoons of Golden Syrup
2 oz Dark brown sugar (or whatever you can find in my case)
saltanas, raisins or cranberrys to the quantity you like (about 2 handfuls)

Put in saucepan and melt, once dissolved add in 8oz ish of oats
Grease tray and stick in 180 oven for around 15 mins

Hi Sal - do you think it'd work with blackberries ?

    Afternoon everyone btw :hello:
