    Afternoon all
Rain rain go away and bring back the sunshine please :)
QWell Ive had a productive morning, signed new contract for the allotment and partial good news for me *you listening squizz* is that I might be able to have chickens :) Asked and she said no don't think so, let me get the agreement, nothing in there, phoned big boss who said he would look into it and phone me! Not that I have the money at the moment but its something for the future and me to hopefully look forward to!
Found an old building society account book so have been in and withdrawn the £4.88 lol!

Now I need to make a veg curry for tea and some flapjacks me thinks.
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Yay, checked online banking and another cold weather payment's gone in, I thought they'd all been paid but obviously not. So I've very nearly made up the shortfall from overspending last month. And I've had a couple of refunds that I was waiting for.

My gardens not really big enough Becky
If I kept them on the allotment I would obviously have to pen them in with a fence but they would have a good space to roam on and it would save me having quite so many weeds on the unused bit. Not quite sure how it would work and whether its feasible

If you are allowed to have them, I've got a few bits in different books with good advice on 'housing' etc, can photocopy and send them to you if you like.

I'd just got used to reading about chickens and things and thinking 'oh, it's that farmville thing again' and now you go and confuse me again talking about real ones! I hope it works out Sally, cheap eggs and roasts yum.

Ohhhhhh potential chickens!! :j I like chickens...there's quite a few allotments round here that have chickens on.

Finished my forms for now, lots of phone calls made, DH just needs to finish off the stuff for his solicitor but that will have to wait as he's worn out for today. Had an estimated gas and leccy bill through for £182 (including the direct debits we'd paid)...just read the metres and worked out we only owe £43 - that's more like it!!!

Made a yummy parsnip and carrot soup for lunch.

DD2 is having afternoon tea with her head teacher today for achieving her platinum award at school..........she was so nervous this morning bless her.
