Hey! Have beenand got stuff on my allowed list, so think I 'll be having an NSD today

morning peoples....

i have lol-ing my head off here!

We work in a pokey wee office, it's nothing special and even though we have a high turnover and a good reputation in our field, we are always a bit funny when people come to see our operation... in fact generally they dont.

Anyway today there was a to be a high level meeting of executives from another company and our managers and everyone has been flapping about, telling me to order posh tea, and posh coffee in posh pots and new china cups and so on and so on!!!

We even went so far as to relabel the loos, as our ladies loo is far more presentable and has nice smellies n stuff, whereas the boys is a bit grimy....! lol!

anyway, everything is in place, and the peoples havent arrived.... about 15mins later they phone, they are waiting for us at their place... they thought it was at their offices, not ours! Apparently it is there mistake but all our peeps have gone off to theirs...!

Earl Grey anyone?!?!

Sorry Maz-already sitting here with a cup of Earl Grey (or "perfumed poofters pi55" as my Dad calls it!)..chuck us a biccie though!
Still snowing here, chicken in the SC with shallots,carrots and a good slug of sherry..tastes good already..

well its trying to snow hoping it don't stick gonna pop out in a bit and get my money from the post officeand get milk as there is only ebough left for another cuppa (i'm not a panic buyer) and bread used the last of it on the boys sarnies last night,not sure about cold meat yet or i might just shove a gammon joint in the slow cooker .

so much for me not buying any food this week? didn't happen did it?

Trying to do all the paperwork that needs doing today - these government agencies are a nightmare they all want "original" versions of the same thing....I can only send them to one at a time :mad:

Now have a lovely big 54 page form to fill in that seems to want to trip you up at every turn......more coffee needed first I think!

its stopped here now hopefully thats it
