Vodafone Bill
Hi Friends, i am new to here, could you please guide me about my vodafone bill. I have recently taken vodafone contract online. The contract was 1200 minutes (=900+300) and unlimited landlines. It is 1200 minutes because i have taken online. Yesterday i have been barred outgoing and incoming calls. i was shocked to know that i have been charged 329 pounds ex.vat. They are saying i have used 2700 minutes. And the billing was done 35p per minutes, after 900 minutes. All are mobile calls. I dont understand why they havent stopped till 329 pounds. Could you please guide me how to deal with this.
Thank you

The Vodafone billing cycle starts on 1st of each month, this is when you get your fresh allocation of inclusive mins. If you take your contract out mid way through the month then you get a pro rata amount of minutes to use in that month.
Vodafone have a service where you can check the amount of mins you have remaining by dialling 44555.
However, I do agree with the other person that it may be best to contact 191 customer services for assistance or hang in here and the Vodafone Rep will be along soon to offer more help and assistance.

If you did 191, then option 1 , 1 , 1. You get a text with your remaining allowances.
You are Pro-rated for the first month like most operators aside from orange that do it whenever you take it out. Vodaphones way is better IMO.
The best you can do is contact vodafone customer services. You have exceeded your allowances and incurred charges. Mobile operators do not manage your usage unless you go onto a contract like T-Mobile solo Fixed, or Three and set the max balance to £0.
You might be able to knock down the price a little, but you willing used even with your 1200 package, another 1500 mins over your allowance. Im sorry but you have a big bill to pay because you didn't watch you allowances, we here this story from parents who gave there kids contracts and ran up a bill.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
