Quidco/Nokia N900 - incorrect cashback?

Anyone had issues with quidco *tracking* incorrect amounts?

I noticed today that quidco was advertizing 20% cashback from Nokia on top of 10% discount (nokia retail uk). The offers are specifically identified as compatible.

So I made my purchase, getting 10% off at the till (down to 450) but the quidco cashback tracking figure is showing at just under 60 instead of 90. I've double checked all the T&Cs and see nothing invalid in what I've done.

Ideas? Is it not unusual for tracking values to change? Who do I chase - nokia presumably?

I'm planning to buy that same deal tonight - it's a good one. For starters, it's good news that it tracked - there is some link already between your purchase and Quidco.

Nokia, like anyone else on Quidco, cannot do much about affiiliate tracking enquiries. All has to be through Quidco themselves.

Tracked amounts can change on verification/payment. It does often say so on the retailer page if this will happen as with some stores this happens to all transactions. It can be more common with special promotions like this one where the rate is higher than normal.

If the amount never changes after verification, you can always compose an earnings enquiry. (Leave it for now - it is probably too soon to even compose it). I have done this for another company sucessfully where £30 was tracked and paid but should have been £70 - it took a while to get the extra £40, but no more effort on my part than submitting a single enquiry.

Since it has tracked and linked to a valid £450 purchase plus Quidco know the rate should be 20%, I think your chances are good.

Thanks. Not that it's the end of the world.

Ordered > 11pm last night, had email ~3pm with UPS tracking number, and item is currently in Rotterdam - scheduled delivery for Friday (I went for free std delivery).

Hi,Im new here,and to quidco.I have also just this hour purchased the n900 thru quidco with the same offer.How long did it take before you got your 1st track Planetf1 ?

N1 Planet.Iv'e been following that thread to.My phone hasn't validated quidco yet,but i guess that happens after delivery of the phone?

Just checked ups trackin and it arrived Barking GB this morning.Estimated delivery 27th Scotland.I chose the free delivery to.Cant wait to get phone all excited.hehe.
