Thanks guys... here continues...
I called on Monday again to get my PAC code. Finally success! I manage to get it, but this time I am told my contracted expired on the 14th of January and have been on a daily rate since!
What are you playing at TMobile, thanks for changing the terms of my contract without telling me…
I am waiting for a response from customer relations.
I won’t hold my breath.

I'm trying to sort similar problem - gave them 30 days notice that I wanted to go to SIM only wasgeiven date in Feb and they did it straight away refunded me 2 days charges £3 sounds good but the added a £25 early cancellation penalty + £10 admin charge !
They really are a waste of spaceTANSTAAFL !0 -
I will never use T-Mobile's services again after the appalling and contemptuous way they treat their customers. Virgin, Vodafone and (to a lesser extent) O2 have much, much better customer service.
I hope that you get the issue resolved. Just don't back down, don't compromise, and bill them for your time (just for fun - I wouldn't bank on this!). By all means speak to them (if it's a free call), but I would get them to put any offers etc. in writing so you have proof if you need to take them to court.
A while back I had a problem with another company who repeatedly refused to get back to me or address the issue, so I called them every hour on the hour (0800 number) for three days, each time telling them that the average customer call costs £10 to £15 in staff time, administration and overheads, and that I must have cost them £X so far and would continue to call until they fixed the problem. Eventually a senior manager called, gave me a full refund and a bit extra. Problem solved.
Also, it's your right under the Data Protection Act to apply for a copy of the information they hold on you - this includes recordings of telephone calls that you took part in. They are entitled to ask you to pay an admin. fee for this (I think the legal maximum is £10).
Hope this helps...0 -

A bit late now, but a lot of mobile phones give you the ability to record the call, which you can then copy to your PC and use as evidence of what was said. I would definitely recommend using this feature when dealing with T-Mobile!
I really am amazed that T-Mobile have any customers left!0
