Can I Just Block !!!!!! Sites?

Hi
My 11 year old nephew has been staying with me for quite a bit recently and is using my computer. I've just come onto the computer to find in his history a search for "sexy naked women".
I really don't want him to come across the !!!!!! sites, that I'm sure this type of search would bring up, while on my computer.
I've had a little look at the parental controls but bit confused. Don't really want to set up a log-on just for him. And I'm unsure that if I set a block it will stop me from going to normal sites, but for adults, if you know what I mean.
Is there some way I can just set it to block the !!!!!! ones?
Thanks for any help.

Set up a free OpenDNS account with www.opendns.com and direct your DNS settings on your router through them instead of through your ISP, then you can tick various pre-selected groups of domains i.e. P0rnography, P2P, Phishing etc that you wish to block access to without impinging on your use.
Very well known site and very well recommended.:D
But DO remember to set a very secure password so that only you can get access to it. No obvious words or phrases.
Also set up a restricted User account on your computer for other people's use, and password protect your own User account so that nobody can go in and change settings.0 -
lol what would a 11 year old want with !!!!!! sites.
What type of router do you have. Some routers you can block keywords from being searched.0 -
Not ideal but you could just tell him youve added a keylogger so you can see exactly what he has typed .This may frighten him off without you having to do anything.
At least hes not savvy enough to clean up after himself.0 -

You are seeking a technical solution to a social problem. Your being in the same room as he is is a possible inhibiter. Alternatively, you could could open a discussion with him along the lines that sexiness does not involve being naked.0 -
You may not need to do anything just yet.
Try telling him that you are pretty good with computers and can see everything and anything that's searched for and viewed on your machine, and you mean EVERYTHING!
This method worked with my two boys, well, until they learnt to delete the history. We then set up their own user accounts using our McAfee security and programmed the usual key words to block access.0 -

When you're that age (well, usually a tad older) and male, there is nothing that will stop you from looking for salacious viewing. I had some friends at school who set up an arrangement with a local tramp. Others set up a library group of sorts with dropoff locations for magazines in various bushes so they could trade them without their parents finding out.
Even if you block internet access, he'll probably end up getting it from friends through bluetooth, or on flash drives, or even downloaded through disguised email attachments.
I don't really have a solution to your problem, because although security settings may stop him looking at it on your computer, it doesn't mean he won't find it elsewhere.0
