Question in the title really.
I think BT is chargin a load but OH is a stick in the mud and has a btinternet.com email address. It is full of spam but he is used to it.
If we move ISP's (hark at me using jargon!) would he be able to keep it?

What's the point in paying £1.50 a month just to get spam? Plenty of email addresses can do you that for free.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Bt uses Yahoo for their email addresses so why not open a Yahoo email account? It'll have virtually the same layout as the BT one so your husband should feel comfortable with it.
