I had a similar problem not being able to access certain sites when I set up my Netgear router.
Changing the MTU value sorted it out - default was 1458 and I think I changed it to 1492 which was the suggested usual value for UK ISPs in the router's help page (why that wasn't set as the default I don't know!).

Just looked at the manual for your router and there doesn't appear to be a facility for setting MTU, so my suggestion won't help, sorry!Charlie0 -

VPI = 0
VCI = 38
DNS settings (primary) 62.24.199.13
DNS settings (secondary) 62.24.199.23
Authentication = CHAP
Encapsulation mode = PPP over ATM (PPPoA). VC-MUX

i just did everything that i was advised and i think it was the dns that was wrong
