Car repair/insurance situation

Thanks for that, i was beginning to think this forum was full of idiots. I dont want to scrap it i love my car and seen as i'm a discharged bankrupt i'll have to save a while to get another car. The damage really is small dents, its a pull out and respray job (i'm no expert mind). i'm almost sure anyways, and even so its not my fault if the companies involved never even asked what the damage was? so i need to just talk to direct line? not the repair company? i was gonna ring them tomorrow. i'll just wait and talk to DL again. thanks very much.0
