dunno if anyone has any ideas
I transferred from Pay monthly to PAYG today I was assured that the £18 I was incredit would transfer over.(Due to vodafone billing error but thats another story)
It didnt I got 20p
I called and was told that should have happened but when I tld him my old PM account number he said there was no record of that account?
Any ideas

I'm sorry to hear that your credit hasn't transferred over to your PAYG sim correctly. I am unsure why this has happened and would need to access your account to investigate the reasons why. Could you please contact us on the link below so that we can look into this for you -
