i bought nikon d50 via egg cashback link and card charged on yesterday (05/07), but no instant cashback. Rangup today, but they have no idea when i will receive cashback.

They assured me that they have some issues on instant cashback on dixons, but assured that as long as I navigated to dixons site from egg cashback link i should get 10% cashback

I also did not receive my instant cashback, so secure messaged them yesterday. They have replied today saying that if I followed the link through their site and did not leave before completing my purchase then the cashback should automatically appear. I definitely did that so I have secure messaged them back - will just have to wait and see what happens

anybody knows dixons return policy. if we do not get cashback is there a way to return the item?

I've had this thread moved from the "it's gone.. but was it any good" board as the offer is still running. I've also requested that the other two threads relating to this offer are merged into this one. Not sure if the BGs on this board are active though.
