Call the phone number on the bag if you wish, they will tell you to return the onions and the pellet to your local store. The local store will give you a refund take your details and then post the pellet and the bag to their colleagues at Asda House. The incident will then be investigated, they work very closely with their suppliers to work out what went wrong. After the investigation you should get an explanation and apology and maybe a gift card.
All this is assuming you want the matter investigating, if you are not bothered and just want compensation tell them so and they may send you a gift card. They may just of course say sorry.0 -

Well I think it's disgusting in this day and age that we're still shooting onions; surely we've moved on from that as a society?0 -
thanks for all ur input! I dont really want to cause a hassle or commotion about it, no one ate or almost ate it, so no real harm. Just wanted to know if the best people to deal with it would be the store or the customer number, as any other time I have had issue they people at the store have never seemed to care! But thanks for the help.
Ohh and the shooting of onions must come to an end! lol0 -
I WOULD DEMAND COMPENSATION
£1,000,000 SHOULD SUFFICIENT :beer:0 -
I didn't even know that the world had descended into such chaotic slothful laziness that it was possible even to buy frozen onions. Does it really take that much less effort to bung them in a microwave and zap 'em at 900w for a minute, than peeling them?0
