Hiya - I cant seem to get to that address

I know what the @adsl.virgin.net address is, the WEP and the Key is that the info I need?

The wep (wpa is more secure btw), key isn't that important as it can be changed to anything, but note it down anyway as it will make things easier. I meant the password for the adsl.virgin.net address.

It sounds like it's had it, so nothing to lose by trying the hardware reset.

The Ethernet light stays on - relevent to the socket its in. The power light comes on then the internet light comes on and then they both go off and it repeats this. The wireless or DSl lights dont come on.

Haggle with Virgin and dont give up you may get it free if you haggle ang explain politly that you can get a free modem from other suppliers. They need you more than you need them bare that in mind.

What do I know. I just haggle for everything.

companies for example AOL will reinstate your contract for the full time if they send you a new router even if it does have faults.
