thats not a problem ignore that, on the dispute just wait for paypal to find in your favour and ask you to return and put your tracking details in.0

I have received an email from Paypal stating the following:After reviewing your account i can see that seller issue a refund to you of £73.03 (this amount is incorrect it was £73.01)please let us know if you are happy with this refund. If yes please close this dispute.
The email doesn't say what to do if i am not happy with this, to which i am not.0 -
i think if your not happy you do nothing and they will then investigate0

I think you need to phone Paypal immediately and tell them you are NOT happy with this refund, as the seller has not refunded your initial postage. The seller has no doubt entered the refund transaction into the dispute stating that he has refunded in full.
You must remember that some people working for Paypal and sorting the disputes are morons/hung over, so often best to phone them.
When you get a full refund, THEN leave appropriate feedback.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
