Are they still on your camera? If so delete the ones on you hardrive, put some fresh ones on your drive (Dont let AVG do anything with them obviously), then scan with malwarebytes
All im trying to do is get to the bottom of whether or not they are a danger, and its quite possible AVG 'cured' them before putting them in the vault
I did this thanks. Turned AVG off for a moment. Scanned with Malewarebytes and came up clean.
Turned AVG back on and a couple of minutes later it comes up with multiple threat detection.
Interesting that the file(s) are shown as IMG_1315.jpg.files\vcm_s_kf_m160_160_120.jpg
It looks like something is creating a thumbnail (for one of Sony's free media software programs?) and perhaps AVG is picking this up?
