Nationwide account number

I am unsure what account numbers to use when applying to transfer my Nationwide ISA.
I believe it was "cottager" said to "use the sort code and main Nationwide account number in the printed boxes on transfer form, then to put the individual ISA account number to the side"
Is the main account number my current account number?
Can anyone clarify?
Sorry if I'm being thick.

It is the number is this format that you need: xxxx/xxxxxxxxx
Just quote the whole number. It may not fit in the box but they'll know what you mean.0
