Sky+ Bundle misselling - Anyone else?

Hi all
Just off the phone with Sky (so called customer services).
We moved house in December and decided to take on Sky+
We went online looking for the £50 M&S voucher and ordered basic sky+ and the music package. The system tried to add sky talk and broadband to my order but I unchecked those options as I'm with Orange. (That move is another story...)
All fine. The TV's been installed and connected and all's good. Then Orange tell me that I cannot have broadband from them at my new address because Sky are on it.
At the same time details of my sky broadband and talk package (and the 12 month contract I'm now locked into) come through the post.
I phoned customer services to sort it out and they maintain that I ordered it (the operator stopped just short of calling me a liar) and that there was nothing I could do except take it up with Customer Relations who would launch an investigation. In the meantime, I'll have no broadband.
Sky Customer Relations can only be reached by post. If that isn't obstructing a customer's ability to complain, I don't know what is.
I've checked my email confirmations and I received no statement or summary of my order, just a confirmation number.
Anyone else experienced this? Any advice?
Many thanks.
