AOL Free anytime calls? Advice please

Hi I have been with AOL for the past 3 years and my contract is now due to end, they have rand with various offers to keep me, free anytime calls for numbers starting with 01 02 03 and unlimited broadband for £9.99 per month, just have to keep my BT line rental £12 per month I think.

Before I sign up to this has anyone got any advice please?

Thank you

Thanks for that - latest offer from AOL today is they have offered 3 months free then remaining 15 at £9.99 but no £6.99.

As for the router we have one so don't need it.

Did you manage to get in writting from them how the free anytime works, I asked them on Friday to email me the contract but im still waiting, i just think the free calls anytime seems to good to be true.

    Thanks again for your info.

Info on talk unlimited, which I presume you mean? I'm on talk evenings and weekend - free calls at evening after 6pm and at the weekend (landlines only ). You get an online bill every month, which if you have to pay any surplus for they will charge however you pay for your broadband - direct debit/ credit card. (mine comes off in one amount)
One word of warning they don't always email you to tell you your bill is ready, so if you have made lots of mobile calls for instance you might like to check the account regularly.
I've had no probs with the phone from them.

    HTH

In my experience I've never managed to get anything emailed to me "in writing" when negotiating a new deal.:(

    It's only a game
