Well, I am too!! They keep telling people to have more, consolidaye this, have extra on your mortgage.......then when you strat to have problems, they just drop you like a hot potato!

I was with them for 18 years (stupid me!) and this is the first time I have had problems. I am ill, have explained everything to them, and they basically say...."We don't give a toss!!!!"

Lets hope that programme will put people off them!

This programme was first shown a couple of weeks ago when the Beeb had a week long series of programmes on debt at 9.15am. It was the first in the series. The thread is here with some interesting discussion.
