I would imagine it would upset her as she will have to pay more child support

Lol, maybe true, but I am sure there is more to it than just simply that, the way the question was formulated, its "tone" its lack of information, many gut feeling reasons as to why does he not want the mother to know it was him giving the information in the first place!

Maybe Im a little bit wary.........but
Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.

Space is not merely slightly curved it can be bent to touch itself without breaking the rules of relativity. :rotfl:

:D Maybe she's a lunatic?! I know if it was my case I wouldn't want the NRP knowing where the info came from because it just causes a whole load of problems from him.

I know my ex's undisclosed rental income from property. someone kindly gave me the properties addresses and approx rental income.

However, currently CSA only will consider main fixed income for calcs.

Why are you bothered? It seems to me like you are trying to squeeze every last penny:rolleyes:

Do you have proof that this income exceeds the interest of the mortgage payment? What happens if the tenant does a runner and the rent is not paid for months?

The word you are looking for is nosey....not wary

The OP asked a simple question and doesn't need to be analysed

Think lots of points you need to clarify before informing CSA/HMRC etc etc NRP has additional income in form of rental properties.

After all, questions to ask are, are these properties mortgaged by NRP or owned outright? If mortgaged, you could get proof from Land Registry for a small fee, but would need to clarify if mortgage interest only.

Also look at rental if property mortgaged, and tax return declaration of rental income, yet property repairs, decor, general upkeep costs etc, etc, you may expect little or no actual income, but simply NRP landlord 'breaking even'. Unless I assume properties owned for several years or rebuilt/refurbished by NRP.
