    also with the rental issue.

if the rent only covers the interest owed, then there's naff all the csa can do as it's not classed as income.

why else would there be a court order?

the fact that there is an order indicates previous/ongoing contact issues.

which also may affect the option of private agreements or compliance with the csa, so therefore quite relevant.

cant really advise as we don't have enough background.

Her question was is there a way to advise the CSA of his undislcosed business without him knowing it was her

She didn't ask about anything else...seems just another opportunity that was homed in to have a go about potential contact blockers:rolleyes:

If she is contact blocking then she is part of the problem. She is NOT being child focused.

I think we should all be helping to help people who are trying to resolve the issues about the dispute.

So the fact that it got to court (and a contact order being made) meant that one of the two people was unhappy with the amount of contact that was happening before then.

Now normally it is mother (and therefore I will ASSUME PWC) who has the say as to how much time she will allow father or the NRP to have OVERNIGHT contact.

He doesn't agree, he would like more contact, there are no real child focused reasons why contact should be prevented by mother other than mother can prevent it, mother digs in her heels and hey presto father takes mother to court and a court order is made. - Normally for much less than father would like.

Father gets upset with how unfriendly the court are to fathers and how little real say he has in the welfare of the childs upbringing, father then cannot see why he should be paying CHILD maintenance when he is happy to take care of the child for a more equal split of the time and therefore take on more responsibility of the cost of raising the child!!!!

So the question is before I help the OP, and I seem to be very much in the same situation as speedster and with similar opinions, that is she co-operatiing with her ex or NRP about contact or not?

If she convinces me that the NRP is a genuine ABSENT FATHER, and that he does not want anything or very little to do with the child and its care and upbringing then I am more than happy to divulge the secrects behind the Self employed/Ltd company MOTHER maintenance avoidance schemes (as opposed to evasion which would be illigal).

I have absolutely no truck with the behaviour of real ABSENT fathers (and I think Speedster would agree with me) if however mother is preventing contact because she can, under the guise of FATHER CONTACT avoidance schemes, then all is fair in love and war.

So does the OP want other types of help or not, if she does then my question is fair because she needs to convince me that she is not using a FATHER CONTACT avoidance scheme, which is quite legal but totally UNETHICAL.

    What say you all??

Tell him that it is a criminal offence to lie to them so he has a choice to own up, or to face the courts and a fine. The CSA don't have to disclose where they got the info from btw.

Thanks for this info. I have been speaking to somone senior within CSA as my case has been escalated and they made it clear that any information i provide to them they have to tell the NRP the source of the info.

Found true love - Note my question was about giving info to the CSA Not about contact. Contact is defined in a court order. For your info NRP is a SHE yes a female who actually give up her previous residence rights, hence i am now the resident parent Father. And before you ask, i dont block contact.

DUTR - i was asking how to give NRP other income details to csa but csa want to tell NRP its from me!

Ritchie - if you have the information, there may not be any real 'income' from the rents, but I think if you want the income proven, then your report would need to be to Inland recenue or HMRC whatever they call themselves this week! They would certainly investigate based on unreported income and possible tax fraud. This information if found to be an undeclared income would certainly then filter down to CSA wouldn't it?

Thank you for that Ritchie, wow your ex gave up her right to residence, interesting, so why will it upset her that it will be you telling the CSA about her undeclared income, you must fear for some sort of backlash or else this would not be a problem.

Did you get a consent order from the courts or was it after a contested hearing? The answers will help me formulate a response, there are ways and means of letting the CSA become aware of the issues and would not be in a position to reveal the identity of the source of information.

To the OP - my apologies, I assumed you were female.

However I still don't see why the contact order had to be brought up - interesting though as you clearly can't be classed as 'one of those wimmen'- as your question was clear.

I don't see why the CSA HAVE to tell her it was you that gave the info though:confused:

Even if they don't tell her, do you think she will assume it's you anyway and cause bother?

I would imagine it would upset her as she will have to pay more child support
