Using NRP undisclosed income info

I know my ex's undisclosed rental income from property. someone kindly gave me the properties addresses and approx rental income.
However, currently CSA only will consider main fixed income for calcs. They told me that if i give them the rental income information they must tell NRP that this information came from me - is this correct procedure?
I have withheld the information as ex will go mad if they find out i have this info. Whats the best way to get the csa to use this rental income within income calcs but without them saying they got the info from me?
thanks

Why will he go mad? They will get the info from his self assessed tax return anyway if you have a CSA claim
And do you let him see the children as much as he would like?Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.
Space is not merely slightly curved it can be bent to touch itself without breaking the rules of relativity. :rotfl:0 -

Its undisclosed income i.e. black, therefore wont be on tax return.
Hence NRP will not be happy if csa tell them that i gave them the property income which is more than £1000 pm.
NRP does see kid as per court order.0 -
NRP does see kid as per court order.
Now answer the question, does the NRP see the child as often as he wants too or what minimum he got via the courts?Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.

Tell him that it is a criminal offence to lie to them so he has a choice to own up, or to face the courts and a fine. The CSA don't have to disclose where they got the info from btw.0

if rental is cash in hand, csa cant touch it anyway.
trying to get them to investigate will be fun though.:rolleyes:
am also curious about the court ordered contact? i'm guessing things aren't too rosy with the x.
is a private agreement out of the question or has this avenue been tried??NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

just a thought.
if he's taking cash in hand on this matter, chances are he wont give a monkeys about the toothless muppets at the csa.

What relevance is that to the OP question?

Its just the old Wimmin issue, blocking contact and being greedy for no real reason, just ask speedsterRelativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.

Oh I know all about it but I fail to see why it needs to get brought up....funny how you are making the assumption that the female is the reason that a court order has been issued though:rolleyes:0 -

why else would there be a court order?
the fact that there is an order indicates previous/ongoing contact issues.
which also may affect the option of private agreements or compliance with the csa, so therefore quite relevant.
cant really advise as we don't have enough background.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
