Cars and cookery - two of the most expensive hobbies you can have! (apparently)
You should maybe consider a car maintainance course next....although if it's run by the same people as the cookery course, they will probably just show you how to fill the petrol tank and empty the ash-trays! :rotfl:
Try to think that at least you had budgetted £200 for it, so you're only £36.16 worse off. You could have just banged the whole lot on a credit card and ignored it but you didn't."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
i know i said i wouldnt write again ...but i just had to say this one ....drove to work (approx 5 miles it's my 2nd job) then drove home ...was 2 miles from home when a red light came on in the car saying stop and beeping...on the message panel it says injection failure...when i got home the book says indicates that the vehicle has a serious engine fault....i have never had problms with this car ever before and today the day i pay £236.16 drive all of 8 miles it tells me to stop arghhhh...i wanna kill someone ...just had to share0

Well I had a full service and MOT in January and it cost me about £220, and that's a good an reliable garage - so it may not be too bad. Have you had a look at the sheet and seen what's been done?

Oh my god, hope it's not as serious as it sounds - could it be something they have done during the service that has caused it do you think? They haven't drained the oil and then forgotten to refill it or anything like that??
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it's nothing horrendous.
And please, don't apologise for posting too much - if we didn't want to read it, we wouldn't have clicked on your thread lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
