I would imagine freezing it will not be a problem but take it out at least 24 hours before you are due to eat it and keep it at room temperature.

Just been to Sainsbury's (no Asda close enough for me to pop to) and they had the Hello Kitty cake for £7, how annoying!!

I've frozen supermarket cakes before when reduced. They are perfect when defrosted.0
