It doesn't normally say anything on the box, but i froze a monsters inc. one that i had once and the only problem i had was that the blue icing had run a little, but it wasn't bad:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

OH MY! I may be tempted to buy one and freeze it!! just sent mum out for one just cos it is cheaper than a normal cake and each week on fridays we take it in turn to buy a cake for the office so this will be mine for this week

Have just been to the kitchen and checked the box - no mention of freezing, but I supposed there's little to lose if it gets a bit ruined for a quid! Best before date on mine is 11th Feb.
Happy birthday to all the Capricorns - especially those today.
