i think what is important to remember in this situation, and we should not let this fact escape our attention whilst trying to understand what Billy is trying to do and say here.

I wonder if I can refuse to pay my tax in protest at the money handed out to Dole Spongers to sit and watch the Jeremy Kyle show each morning.
