Moving - Vodafone only network available
Hello folks.
Bit of a pickle. Im having to move for work and the only network available in my new village is Vodafone. I dont have a great credit rating (though it is improving) after 3 years on the paying off debt bandwagon, and think Im unlikely to qualify for a contract with them.
I use a mobile a lot, and need mobile email and prefer to have a contract. Would getting a SIM only deal for a few months make them more likely to consider me for a proper contract in 6 months time?

You still get credit checked for a SIM only contract. You could run up a large bill in a month and be unable to pay.
Vodafone may ask you to pay a refundable deposit if they agree to a SIM only contract.0
