Have a look to see if you have all the correct plugins installed in firefox.
I am using Linux but it should be more or less the same in Windows. Click on tools-->Add-ons you should then get a small window open up. Click the plugins icon and let us know the plugins you have installedIt said on the box requires Windows 7 or better, so I bought a MAC0 -

Try installing Java Platform
Adobe flash
shockwave Flash.
Most videos on the net are Flash and need a plugin you do not seem to haveIt said on the box requires Windows 7 or better, so I bought a MAC0 -
Shockwave Flash should cure the problem. Once installed go to the webpage of the video you are interested in and click to play the video. With it playing the DLH icon should now "light up" with a small downward pointing arrow along side it. Click on that arrow and it should display at least one icon with a backward turning red arrow icon and the name of the video I]Crystal9's Christmas Video[/I.flv. Click on the name and it should open an option to save the file. You can use the option provided or browse to save the .flv file elsewhere. Depending on your connection and the size of the file this may take a few minutes to download but you'll then have in on your hard drive.
If you want to convert it to a more useable format then download Super - a file converter - from here. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the link "Download SUPER set-up file" and install. Once installed all you need to do is to click and drag the .flv file of the video you are interested in and - as a suggestion - convert it to .avi format. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
