hi all,
i'd like some help if poss please. i had this video made up for my kids for christmas from here http://portablenorthpole.tv/home and wondered if i can download onto pc then transfer to dvd. the video link was ent to my e mail address i havereal player and an option comes up to say download this video which i click on, but when i go back to play it there is only about 6 seconds recorded.
what am i doing wrong?

when you say use opera to view file you mean when im watching the original copy? because when i tried downloading it it only recorded about 6 secondshave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -

Which browser are you using. There are quite a few add-ons for firefox that will most probably download it for you.It said on the box requires Windows 7 or better, so I bought a MAC0

well i tried the above link through fire fox and the video wont even load so dont think it supports it. thanks anywayhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0

Have you installed the video download helper to firefox?
It will install a symbol in the navigation tool bar next to the home button. It is 3 grey coloured balls. When you go to the web page where your video, is the symbol will start turning round and the balls will become coloured. You then click on the balls to download.
If you cannot view the video, at all in firefox you need to make sure you have all the correct plugins installed.It said on the box requires Windows 7 or better, so I bought a MAC0 -
