Awful problems with orange

I am completely at the end of my tether with Orange, our broadband crashed last monday and we have barely been able to get it resolved since. I have made so many calls to cs in India and get a different person every time who go over the same thing every time and then they go on about line checks and when the results come back we are still no further on. Does anyone know of a number in the UK where we could speak to the english time to complain about this it really is shocking and I had to wait 35 mins to be connected tonight then they say another line check has to be done.:eek:I really think we are gonna have to change providers as I don't think these jokers are gonna sort this out for us, what are the best providers? or are they all as bad as each other??

    Had the same problems; luckily my contract had been over, and after about 4-5 weeks of going around in circles (can't believe I gave it that long), I asked for my MAC and went to 02.

    I would certainly recommend 02 (since their call centre's based in the UK; possibly somewhere in Scotland), and they really do seem to know what they're doing. They'll do all they can to help you pinpoint the problem. But as with all ISPs, you'll have to do the usual checks - i.e. have you changed filters, used the test socket, re-setted the router etc... - as I said, all that's normal. Once you've done all that, then that's where a major solution will be looked into properly.

    I have been experiencing the same problems with Orange now for the last 2 weeks.
    I have gone through all the usual routines with their Indian CS, which includes resetting the Livebox, working on the inventel pages and resetting info on there & also having their specialist call back on numerous occasions, with no joy at all. The connection is hit & miss and nothing they tell you to do (at a premium rate call) works.
    I'm sick to the back teeth with it all.
    I am now in the process of seraching for a new ISP.
