    1. what time do the new day lists are posted? I am thinking of maybe doing some things in the morning

Piggers usually posts them on post 1 at some point in the evening.

Just going to update starts then muck out the car and take it down to the garage with BB, we can then have a nice stroll back.

  • Hi again - decided just to work away without keeping popping back to the cold study!

Don't you get a lot done that way!

Tuesday ~ Hall, Stairs and Landing! ANOTHER STAR, LOVELY TOOTS!!! :j:j:j
    Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter the floors and vacuum them.
Tidy everything you can see when the front door is open! Coats and shoe rack for me![/STRIKE] Did someone mention coats??? :A:A:A:rotfl::rotfl:
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb.. dnon't forget lightbulbs and shades!
Scrub front door.. inside and out!
Wash any curtains/draught excluders and doormats![/STRIKE] Curtain is fine, but needs taking up a spot (another day). I hoovered it (heavy tapestry material). Doormat is bristle, so hoovered this too.
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Empty and declutter the cupboard under the stairs.. you do not need the junk that has been in there for a million years![/STRIKE] Only have a small under the stairs cupboard, which has art stuff in it (and is tidy). So I pulled out the ironing board 'corner' instead, and culled stuff there (plastic bags, mop heads, buckets .. you get the idea!)
[STRIKE]Degunk, dejunk and clean the porch.. how many pizza leaklets do you need to wipe your feet on?[/STRIKE] Did before Xmas, and still tidy. Leaflets go straight in recycling. Sorted my recycling overflow, instead, into yet more plastic bags. No collection for 5 weeks now....
    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Wash windows[/STRIKE] and nets/blinds Did the outside, too!
    2. [STRIKE]Wipe and water and furry plants[/STRIKE] Squirted them with stuff to kill red spider mites, and gave them some food (pepper plants and aubergines, overwintering indoors - and still producing veggies!)
    3. [STRIKE]Wipe paintwork and door knobs[/STRIKE] and I cleaned the mirror, too
    4. [STRIKE]Sort coats and bags and shoes[/STRIKE] Huzzah! :A:A:T
Have also made a chicken, bacon and mushroom casserole with shallots ("Peel 400g shallots" it said. "Pick all the leaves off the thyme" it said... "Brown the chicken separately from the other ingredients, in batches" it said. "Preparation time: 20 mins" it said...... yeah, right... in your dreams....

Lovely to be back in the swing of this again.

    See you again soon

I've not done any flying I'm afraid, DH says I'm not to do anything for the rest of the week and he is going to do everything. He's so kind and wonderful! Hopefully if I have a good rest this week I will feel better and be able to go to the Bible assembly at the weekend.

This morning we've been over to Redhill to the homeopath - DH had some acupuncture to prepare him for the hayfever season. And then we popped into mum's on the way home and saw her and my sister, which was lovely. I also managed to walk home from the post box (only a short walk but better than nothing).

when I read this at first I thought you said varnish, and i was really confused wondering why you put varnish on your clothes! :rotfl: You could dye them a different colour maybe

Jill ooh how exciting for your friend, and you are a good friend to look after her children. Congratulations to your friend’s family

    Hugs Helen

    Welcome Gotnodosh and GemmaBuckle

Lady Liberty, if you are reading this, I love you very much and you know where I am if you need me xx

GnB I hope your migraine has gone now

Hellsbells what is PTTLS? I hope you can get some rest soon, you have been working hard lately and mustn’t over do it with CFS. I’m really impressed with the way you helped your daughter by distracting her with the sewing, that’s wonderful

Mrs MH I hope baby will get better soon

Big hugs Mumof2, we are very supportive on here, so make sure you post and let us know how you are xx

Lemanie sorry the doctor was so rude to you xx
