Tiscali-Talk Talk Rip off?

I am fuming with talk talk after taking over my account from Tiscali!!!!
I have Been with Tiscali for a few years, happy with £24 BB, 24/7 phone and TV( occasionally stalls) plus it included the £11 line rental.
Smug in my low all in price, I have been lazy with checking my bills,
Get this
November £23.13 all ok
December £64.46 (inc, a £3 film, £6 for various 0870 numbers)
January £42.47
why the hike?? varying add ons each month, that I havent requested, I want to phone them on their 7 day a week help line/ but now its 6 days a week despite the statement on the website below!
"Should there be any queries regarding your bill please contact our Customer Services Team on 0871 222 3311. Lines are open 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week."
Cant wait to hear their excuse tomorrow on their chargeable helpline.
Also Ive checked about moving to sky and my number is not listed a BT compatable line, even though it was before moving to Tiscali, can I change?

i tried to ring them about my dad transferring over yesterday and was passed from scotland to india and back again without speaking to the correct person and was trasferred 4 times with no conclusion as the last transfer did not answer.:mad::mad::mad:0

Sorted!
After first being told someone had requested these extra services, they realised that there was also a set up charge on there which is for new customers.
So after the apology for a very helpful operator, they are refunding my £41.41 extra charges.
forgot to ask for the 60p call charge!!
