Yes, millions of people. People who complain about any company aren't representative of the companies customer base.

I've never had any real problem with them, as evidenced by the fact I've been with them since 2003. Sure, the customer service being based in India is a pain in the backside, but it's bearable. The network is reliable and the costs competitive.

I've been with them for just over a year. Not had a single problem with them and apart from once when they phoned me to try to sell me broadband i haven't had to speak to customer services.

i've been with 3 for 3 years and no problems with the services really. Main problem has been with the phones themselves rather than the provider.

Where does the time go?

I'm still on the N95 I upgraded to a couple of years ago. My next phone will be bought SIM free, without 3's firmware. Just cannot decide on the Google phone or the Nokia N900!!

i have been with them 3-4 years. They are ok, customer service sometimes is helpful, sometimes is useless and arrogant, sometimes they mess up. But it may be true about another operators as well. £ has serious problems with signal in some areas - so before joining them, you can get a free sim and use it in your mobile to see if you are happy with the quality of signal.
