2 sided printing message

no i used to get the onsreen message on the computer now that i think about it. It could be that its printing the instructions over putting them on screen.

Any ideas how i could change it back?

Is the driver on your windows 7 lappy a lexmark one or a microsoft generic one ? (Control Panel/Device manager/

um im not sure its showing up as lexmark E120 v but it was a plug and play thing so im not sure where it downloaded from

Ok try Control Panel/Device Manager right click on your printer and select properties tab .. then select driver tab and the driver provider should be there or if not press driver details button

Ok that is a start now in Devices and Printers right click on the printer and select Printer Properties. Look along the tabs there there should be ....
General, Sharing,Ports,Advanced etc ,,,,, is there a Lexmark tab?

i have general, sharing, ports, advanced, colour management, security, install options

not really only things i can click on are printer based collation page protection and restore the factory settings

Ok on the advanced tab select Printing Defaults on there there is a page setup tab
on that there is a duplex box and an automatic box underneath try those
