Nokia 6300- problems

When i click on INBOX, the screen goes white and switches off and reboots itself.
Im able to send messages but just cant read them

Anyone any ideas how to resolve this?

if you still have a receipt for it take it into somewhere like CPW who usually repair phones under warrenty for Nokia.

or if the phone is definitely under 2 years old you can send it off to nika for a free repair, you don't need to send them a receipt

go to nokia.co.uk, then click support, then repair scroll to the bottom of the page where it says device still not working? , you will then need to enter the imei of the phone to check warranty, then you should be able to choose which county you are in and it will bring up a list of local nokia repair centres, most operate a walk in service but worth calling before you go! hth
