Does this sound right?

Just noticed that Sky have taken and extra £19.75 from my account via DD. I have contacted them and they say it is box office films we purchased in 2006/2007 (approx. 4 films) I do recognise the films and am not denying we watched these. I asked for a copy of my bill from this time and she told me to log on to sky.com and check. Unfortunately the bills only go back as far as Feb 09. It seems awfully strange only just billing me for films we watched 4 years ago! Does this figure sound right for BO films? When I asked why bill me now, she replied that there had been a 'backlog' Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had your Sky box disconnected from the phone for a while? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

No, never had it disconnected. I had sky+ installed in december and it seems to have brought these charges to light.0

I would want proof of this from them, contact and ask for proof as your unsure about the `debt` from yrs ago. How odd to charge for them now!xDebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j
