Problem with O2

I took out a contract with o2 in june 09 and was supposed to be paying £25 but added the £7.50 internet bolt on to my tariff.the first couple of months were ok,bills were not more than £35 but recently they've shot up to £45/50 a month.i never go over my minutes or my texts and ringing them is no help,i think i must talk gibberish or something!
Whats my best course of action?i was thinking of dropping my tariff to the lowest i can get then taking out a new contract elsewhere, does anyone know how low i can drop it to on o2?want to be prepared to argue with them instore tomorrow :D

What are you being changed for ? Are you going over your minutes or texts?
You need to find out why you're going over before doing anything.

I have a feeling (and sure an O2 expert will be along soon) but I thought O2 only let you drop a tariff in the last month of the contract

Go onto my o2 and see your bill, then it will tell you why you are being charged. Simple.
    Kind Regards
